Intro to the Yoga for My English School Bissolati, Rome.
One hour together to share the yoga’s practice and the philosophy. You could know the way of awareness and mindfulness.
Vinyasa is once’s style of Yoga, your Focus is a connection with breath, movement and mind. In every sequences as you inhale the asanas are opened, as you exhale the asanas are closed. One breath, one pose!
You will feel during the practice the Prana’s dance, the increased energy.
